Every detail was chosen with a complete mountain day in mind, from the size and location of pockets and zippers to the bespoke gaiters.

DESIGN ELEMENTS

THE SUIT

  • Tailored to compliment the female silhouette.
  • Zippered pocket on each forearm for ski passes and credit cards.
  • Zippered underarm vents.
  • Oversized pearl snap chest pockets complete with magnetic technologies.
  • Cowgirl-inspired western yoke.
  • Large faux fur-lined cowgirl collar can be popped or relaxed.
  • Zippered, secure inner left chest pocket for valuables.
  • Inner elastic goggle pouch.
  • Inner snow wrist cuffs.
  • Reinforced belt loops support our signature American flag belt buckle, or swap for your own buckle.

THE GAITERS

  • Patriotic gaiters for added lower leg warmth and pop.
  • Cinch down tightly with an elastic draw cord.
  • Made with the same Dintex softshell as the suit.

* Please note, in contrast to the prototype depicted, the Dyntex that composes the suit’s upper legs now comes down to just below the knee, both for warmth and style.

Technical Aspects
  • Composed of Dintex softshell.
  • Dintex is a multilayer textile formed by combining an outer, Durable Water Repellant (DWR)-treated layer with Teflon. DWR prevents water and wind from coming in, and the Teflon pores are small enough to keep water out but large enough to let vapor escape.
  • Dintex is AATCC-127 and AATCC-42 Level 3. These measure resistance to hydrostatic pressure and resistance to impact penetration of water, respectively.
  • Dintex is 94% Polyester and 6% Spandex on the Face and 100% Polyester on the Back.
  • Body insulated with breathable, 3M 4oz down alternative.
  • Sleeves insulated with 3M 3oz down alternative.
  • YKK zippers throughout.
